Two weeks ago we gave Emma rice cereal for the first time. She did well with it the first and second time, but not so much the next two times (maybe because I made it a little thicker). We may wait a little while longer to continue...we'll see.

taylor did the same thing... didn't mind the cereal the first couple of times, then refused. her pediatrician suggested switching to 1st foods fruits. mmmm... she can't get enough! i was having a VERY discouraging time trying to get her to start on solids and this was a lifesaver for me.... I would have given a LOT of money to have someone tell me "1st foods fruits" (i use nature's best) about a month ago... just so ya know, in case you have troubles later on.
